Job summary

Embracing Abilities Inc. in Indiana is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide early intervention services to infants and toddlers (birth to 3) in home and community settings within Hendricks County.

This contract role offers flexible caseloads and scheduling for part-time or full-time work. Responsibilities include evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, coaching families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team while maintaining documentation per state

Qualifications

Must be a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana.
Experience with young children and families preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must meet Indiana First Steps qualifications and state screenings.
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy services in home and community-based settings.
Conduct speech-language evaluations and ongoing developmental assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and the interdisciplinary team.
Coach caregivers on strategies to support communication, language development, feeding, and early literacy skills.
Monitor progress and modify interventions; maintain accurate documentation per Indiana First Steps requirements.
Collaborate with service coordinators, therapists, and other team members.
