World Finance is seeking an Overstaff Financial Services Representative to provide onsite support across multiple branches within an assigned region, filling in for open or short-staffed positions and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will guide customers toward responsible financial choices, process loan applications and renewals, balance cash drawers, and help meet branch growth goals while upholding World Finance values and delivering friendly, reliable service.

Qualifications

• Onsite branch support across multiple locations.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong customer-service mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel between branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to multiple branches, filling in for open or short-staffed positions.
• Guide customers toward responsible financial choices and upward credit mobility.
• Deliver top-tier service by assisting with questions, concerns, and products.
• Process and prepare loan applications, documents, and renewals accurately.
• Take and process customer payments.
• Prepare and execute loan closings on current and renewal loans.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accurate transactions.
• Complete daily branch deposits and transport funds as needed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and uphold company values.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to meet performance goals.
