Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative for flexible part-time schedules suitable for college students. No prior experience required. You can work within the store’s open hours, with the ability to adjust your shifts around study commitments.

Responsibilities include completing assigned projects across grocery aisles, standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and maintaining reliability to meet deadlines. A valid driver’s license and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerators and freezers.
