Becker & Company in Wisconsin is seeking skilled Field Investigators to join our team on an as-needed basis. This role offers flexible hours for licensed investigators delivering expert services across insurance claims, including workers' compensation, liability, and suspected fraud.

You will conduct surveillance and SIU assignments within an assigned area, gather statements, secure documents, and produce timely notes.

Qualifications

• Experience in surveillance and SIU investigations is required.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
• Possess a valid state-issued driver's license and a private investigator license (if applicable).
• Must own/instrument investigative tools (Laptop, Video Cameras, Digital Recorder).

Responsibilities

• Adhere to client-specific instructions for each assignment.
• Review case materials before investigation.
• Conduct video surveillance and document findings.
• Secure statements, inspect scenes and collect documents.
• Prepare timely written notes for each case.
• Submit all videos, photos and recordings by the next business day.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
