Job summary

Becker & Company is seeking skilled Field Investigators on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for licensed investigators seeking flexible hours while delivering expert services across workers' compensation, fraud suspicion, and liability inquiries.

You will conduct surveillance and SIU assignments in a defined geographic area, securing video and statements as instructed by the case manager. The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver’s license, a PI license if applicable, and proven

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Current private investigator license (if applicable).
• Dependable and able to meet deadlines.
• Self-starter with ability to work with limited supervision.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Experience conducting surveillance as a field investigator.
• Experience completing SIU investigations.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to assignment requirements per case manager instructions.
• Review case materials before investigative activity.
• Complete video surveillance and document the activity for the allotted time.
• Conduct investigations including statements, scene inspections, and document collection.
• Prepare concise written notes for each case.
• Submit videotaped results, photos, and recordings by the next business day.
• Meet client deadlines and maintain regular progress communication with the case manager.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information.
