Job summary

Vital Research, LLC is seeking Independent Contractor Field Interviewers in Oregon to conduct confidential surveys for social research projects. You will manage your own schedule, interview participants by video or in person, and adhere to project protocols.

Successful contractors demonstrate empathy, professionalism, clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Training is provided and per-survey compensation applies.

Qualifications

• Empathy, professionalism and clear communication are essential.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are required.
• Experience in social services, community outreach, research, or direct work with people is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact participants from a provided list to schedule and complete surveys.
• Complete an average of 1 survey per day or 5 surveys per week.
• Conduct surveys using company-provided technology and protocols.
• Accurately record participant responses while maintaining confidentiality.
• Communicate professionally with participants and the research team.
