Jade ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon ABA cases in Laurel, Bowie, and Upper Marlboro. The role offers consistent weekly hours, a structured schedule, and cases located within the same general area.

At Jade ABA, we provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with ASD, with a focus on clinical excellence, supportive families, and staff development. This in-home position offers flexible opportunities and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children, preferably with ASD.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development.
