Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Westminster, CO is seeking a full-time caregiver to join a multi-department team offering evening and night shifts. You will help care for residents and learn from experienced staff in a supportive environment.

You will provide services in nursing, dining and other duties, assisting with daily living, mobility, meals, and housekeeping. Responsibilities include observing health changes, responding to calls, maintaining confidentiality, and participating in regular staff trainings.

Qualifications

• Must be age 18 or older.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to have a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide services in Nursing, Dining, and Other departments as assigned.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in health, safety and well-being of residents.
• Respond promptly to call signals and resident emergencies, assisting with their immediate need or contacting emergency support.
• Support resident mobility by assisting with transfers, positioning, walking, and using mobility aids as needed.
• Serve residents meals, take orders, and assist throughout the dining experience.
• Clear tables and assist with cleaning dining areas and resident rooms.
• Maintain confidentiality of verbal and written information pertaining to residents and facility operations.
• Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings and in-services.
• Other duties as assigned.
