Chimes-Holcomb in Wyomissing (PA) seeks an Outpatient Therapist for part-time evening work. You will provide individualized therapy across age groups in a flexible three-evening schedule, contributing to a high-quality outpatient program.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, collaboration with supervisors, and ongoing professional development in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical discipline (Clinical or Counseling Psychology, Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.).
• Completed clinical practicum experience.
• PA clearances (Act 33 & 34, FBI fingerprinting).
• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Excellent documentation and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments for newly admitted clients.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans and goals.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy as indicated.
• Deliver crisis assessment and stabilization services when needed.
• Maintain balance between treatment modalities.
• Apply knowledge of mental illnesses, symptoms, and treatments to support individuals and families.
