Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a part-time Evening Adolescent Outpatient Therapist to provide developmentally informed care within our evening program in Exton, PA. You will work closely with teens and their families in a structured therapeutic setting.

Responsibilities include individual, group, and family therapy, biopsychosocial assessments, and collaborative treatment planning with clients and families. The role offers a flexible schedule and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field required.
• Active PA licensure or eligibility (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in PA preferred; supervision eligible candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience with adolescents in a behavioral health or related setting.
• Strong communication, engagement, and documentation skills.
• Comfort working with both clients and families as part of treatment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions for adolescent clients.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans with clients and families.
• Support adolescents with emotional, behavioral, academic, and developmental challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, family systems).
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with program standards.
