Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in respective state.
• At least one year of experience working with children ages 5 years and younger as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist.
• All positions: Must have pediatric CPR and FA certification (includes infant/child CPR and in person skills testing).
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Work with children birth through age three and their families using a coaching model to empower parents.
• Provide OT services in the child’s natural setting (home, daycare, or community).
• Align with the care team and maintain documentation as required.
