The Teachers For Tomorrow connects early childhood educators to childcare centers across the Twin Cities that need reliable, consistent classroom support. You choose when you work, where you work, and how often.

Our minimum availability is 16 hours a week, so there is flexibility built in from the start. As an Early Childhood Substitute Teacher, you step into classrooms when a center needs coverage, support children, and partner with the team to keep the day running smoothly.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Meet Minnesota Rule 3 qualifications for your position level.
• Pass a background check.
• Legally eligible to work in the US.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and actively supervise children.

Responsibilities

• Step into childcare center classrooms to provide coverage when needed.
• Support children, partner with the classroom team, and help the day run smoothly.
• Help centers maintain smooth daily operations and consistent care.
