Job summary

Grow Developmental Disability Solutions is seeking Direct Support Workers to provide one-on-one care for children and adults with developmental disabilities in Oregon. You will help with daily routines, community involvement, and personal goals in a respectful, empowering manner.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required.
• Must pass state-required background checks and ODDS eligibility.
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care with the client).
• Help clients engage with the community and stay engaged.
• Follow care plans and goals.
• Communicate with families and your team.
• Complete notes and documentation.
• Ensure safety and well-being at all times.
