Job summary

Integrity Support Solutions is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges in the North Wales/Willow Grove area. The role emphasizes independence, daily living skills, and meaningful community involvement.

The DSP will build genuine relationships, communicate effectively, and may have prior DSP or Home Health Aide experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check and drug test.
• Possess or be able to acquire First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
• Support development of social, behavioral, housekeeping, and daily living skills.
• Update case notes daily with feedback on strengths and needs.
