Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency seeks experienced Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, person-centered support in clients' homes and communities.

You will assist with daily living, personal care, mobility, transportation, and social activities, while promoting independence and community involvement.

Follow Individualized Service Plans and Behavioral Support Plans, document progress daily, maintain privacy, and collaborate with families and teammates.

Qualifications

• Previous DSP or direct-care experience.
• Valid drivers license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass required background checks and screenings.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Ability to assist with mobility and personal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities and personal care.
• Encourage independence and community participation.
• Support individuals with IDD and ASD.
• Follow ISP and BSP guidelines.
• Complete accurate daily documentation and progress notes.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and secure transportation when needed.
