Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking a Part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one assignment in Clinton, NJ 08809. The role includes guiding a 38-year-old with Down syndrome, ensuring safety, and supporting daily routines.

Schedule is 3 days per week, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM, with flexible hours. Driving on shift is REQUIRED; pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour. Training and onboarding are provided by the Kindly team.

What You’ll Do

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.

• Provide support to a 38-year-old individual with Down syndrome and limited verbal communication. The DSP will provide companionship and support with community outings such as trips to the beach, parks, and other recreational activities.

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
