Job summary

Monarch Healthcare in North Carolina is seeking a flexible Floater to support individuals with disabilities and mental health needs across assigned homes. The role involves helping with daily living activities, implementing person-centered plans, and ensuring safety and documentation.

Sleepover shifts may be required, with shifts across days and evenings. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document progress, and contribute to positive outcomes for people supported.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Drivers License (Valid) - USA.
• Experience working with children or adults with mental health diagnoses or developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders (not strictly required).

Responsibilities

• Continuously assess people receiving services to support their hopes, dreams, and goals.
• Support people in building relationships in their community and with natural supports.
• Assist people in participating in community activities aligned with their interests.
• Protect and promote the rights of people receiving services and assist with advocacy.
