Job summary

Fraser is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Minnesota, offering full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts in group homes and apartments. You will support adults with diverse needs through daily living activities, personal care, and community engagement.

Responsibilities include medication administration, ADLs, money management, meal prep, transportation planning, and promoting independence.

Qualifications

• Minnesota driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass DHS background study.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to diversity, inclusion and culturally responsive practice.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with money management tasks.
• Provide personal care (bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.).
• Prepare meals and handle all types of food.
• Plan and transport clients to activities.
• Support community integration and participation.
