Job summary

Alianza Family Services LLC is seeking flexible direct care professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in the Albuquerque area. You’ll help clients grow, learn, and lead fulfilling lives while working within a supportive team and pursuing ongoing training opportunities.

We offer quick onboarding with a background screening and free training courses. You may select shifts that fit your availability, with onboarding completed within a week of start date.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Impact Lives: Help individuals achieve their goals, such as budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and community involvement.
• Build Relationships: Foster real connections while supporting people through their daily activities.
• Empower Independence: Encourage individuals to participate in their favorite community activities and make meaningful choices, including transportation.
• Provide Personal Support: Assist with personal hygiene as needed, and support with behavioral challenges and more complex needs.
