As a direct care professional, you will get to influence or choose your own schedule, have access to ongoing staffing opportunities, and experience real support from people on your client's team with a clear point of contact. Our onboarding process is quick and simple––we require a background screening and offer free training courses for those who may be new to this field. Once onboarded, we aim to connect you to shifts that fit your availability within a week of your start date!

Please note the hourly wage is determined based on the type of service provided.
