Job summary

Alianza is hiring passionate caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities. As a direct care professional you will influence daily living, assist with personal care, transportation, and community activities, with scheduling that fits your availability.

We require a background screening and offer free training; onboarding is quick, and we aim to connect you to shifts within a week of your start date.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time management.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable and responsible.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals achieve goals such as budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and community involvement.
• Foster real connections while supporting daily activities.
• Encourage participation in community activities and provide transportation as needed.

As a direct care professional, you will get to influence or choose your own schedule, have access to ongoing staffing opportunities, and experience real support from people on your client's team with a clear point of contact. Our onboarding process is quick and simple--we require a background screening, and offer free training courses for those who may be new to this field. Once onboarded, we aim to connect you to shifts that fit your availability within a week of your start date!

Please note the hourly wage is determined based on the type of service provided.
