MBK Senior Living in Seattle, WA is seeking a Full-Time Dining Server to deliver high-quality dining service for residents. Shift is Thursday - Monday, 12PM - 8PM, with a starting wage of $21.30 per hour and a focus on exceptional hospitality and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older or have a proper work permit and authorization documentation.
• Background clearances, health screening, and negative TB test results within 7 days of employment (must be within the last 6 months).
• Must have excellent communication skills in English (read, write, speak).
• Must be able to operate standard serving equipment (salad bar/heating cart, trays, etc.).
• Must meet state regulatory requirements, including Food Handler Certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents, family members, and guests.
• Uphold high table etiquette and reset tables for subsequent service.
• Engage with residents and assist with meal and menu selections.
• Maintain clean, sanitary dining areas and comply with food safety protocols.
• Assist with stock, deliveries, and dishwashing as needed.
• Support team with marketing efforts and positive interactions with residents.
