Job summary

RadixArk is seeking a Member of Technical Staff - Developer Experience to bridge engineering and the AI developer community. You will create technical content, host workshops, and present at conferences to demonstrate SGLang, Miles, and RadixArk infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in developer advocacy/relations or a senior engineering role with significant community-facing work.
• Hands-on experience building AI applications or infrastructure.
• Excellent public speaking skills with a proven track record of conference talks and technical presentations.
• Outstanding writing and content creation abilities across formats including tutorials, blogs, videos, and live streams.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, including LLM serving, distributed training, and GPU optimization.
• Proficiency in Python and the ability to write production quality code examples.
• Self-starter who can identify opportunities and drive initiatives independently.
• Genuine passion for open source development and community building.

Responsibilities

• Technical Content & Education: Create tutorials, cookbooks, video guides, blog posts, and live streams; host workshops and live coding sessions; build demos and reference architectures; translate new features into accessible content.
• Conference & External Representation: Give talks at conferences, meetups, and webinars; represent RadixArk at events; build relationships with AI researchers and engineers.
• Community Engagement: Engage with developers on GitHub, Discord, and social media; surface community contributions and success stories; build relationships with open source maintainers.
• Engineering & Product Partnership: Gather feedback, translate insights to roadmap discussions, close the loop with the community, and track metrics to improve engagement.
