Job summary

RadixArk is seeking a Developer Advocate to bridge our engineering team with the developer community around SGLang, Miles, and our open source infrastructure. You will create technical content, give conference talks, host workshops, and collaborate with developers to drive adoption and success with our systems.

You will collaborate with engineers, researchers, and community leaders to shape messaging, demos, and best practices while maintaining a strong presence at industry events and online

Qualifications

• 4+ years in developer advocacy, developer relations, or a senior engineering role with community-facing work.
• Strong technical background with hands-on building AI applications or infra.
• Excellent public speaking with a proven track record of talks and presentations.
• Outstanding writing and content creation across tutorials, blogs, videos, and live streams.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML infra including LLM serving, distributed training, and GPU optimization.
• Proficiency in Python and producing production-quality code examples.
• Self-starter who can identify opportunities and drive initiatives independently.
• Genuine passion for open source development and community building.

Responsibilities

• Technical Content & Education: Create tutorials, cookbooks, videos, blogs, and live streams for SGLang and Miles; build demos and reference architectures.
• Conference & External Representation: Give talks, host workshops, and represent RadixArk at events and meetups.
• Community Engagement: Engage developers on GitHub, Discord, and social channels; surface community contributions.
• Engineering & Product Partnership: Gather feedback and translate it into roadmap insights; track community metrics.
