Job summary

Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a motivated RTT/Clinic Utilisation Coordinator within the Dermatology Department at Broadgreen Hospital. The role focuses on monitoring RTT, managing waiting lists and liaising with senior management to meet government targets and local protocols.

The successful candidate will hold NHS experience, knowledge of iPM and excellent communication skills, and will work to support the Waiting List Manager while handling

Qualifications

• Must have NHS Waiting List/RTT experience or a strong track record in administrative duties within NHS.
• Experience in outpatient/booking environment and service improvement systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor waiting lists and ensure adherence to government targets and local protocols.
• Liaise with Waiting List Manager and clinicians to optimise clinic utilisation.
• Provide first-class booking service to patients and maintain accurate hospital records.
• Coordinate and monitor clinic templates, cancellations and capacity changes.
