Job summary

RPM Pizza in Indiana is hiring Delivery Drivers to join our fun, fast-paced team. You will take orders, deliver smiles, and help ensure accurate, timely service in a friendly environment.

You’ll uphold Domino’s brand standards, maintain cleanliness, and handle equipment safely while supporting inventory and teamwork. This role offers flexible hours, benefits after eligibility, and opportunities for growth through RPM Pizza College.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
