Kj’s Market in Dillon, SC is seeking a part-time team member to deliver outstanding guest service in the deli and chicken kitchen operations. You will assist with product prep, receiving, stocking and customer interactions to meet our store standards.

We offer weekly pay, flexible schedules, and benefits including a 401K, Pension Plan and tuition assistance as part of a family-owned growing company committed to creating smiles.

• Ability to actively engage guests and have fun.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and directions.
• Knowledge of deli and chicken kitchen operations.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Effective communication, guest service and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to take direction from supervision.

• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to Floco Foodsstandards.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking, and guest service as necessary to achieve standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
• Perform PA announcements.
