Job summary

The CROSSMARK Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative role in Okahumpka, FL involves promoting nationally distributed products in convenience and retail stores, building relationships with store staff, and ensuring planogram compliance. The position offers weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and a daytime schedule.

You will stock shelves, set up product displays, and monitor inventory while traveling across stores in your territory. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Must be willing to transport required materials.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Sell and build product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
