CROSSMARK is seeking a Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative in Portland, OR to promote nationally distributed products in convenience and retail stores. You will build and maintain professional relationships with store management and staff while driving shelf placement and accurate pricing.

You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure compliance with planograms. The role offers a daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends and requires travel within a territory; 18+ years old with

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a territory.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Sell and build product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
