Crosswalk Health is seeking Respiratory Therapists (CRT or RRT) and Pulmonary Function Technologists (CPFT or RPFT) to perform simple spirometry testing at primary care clinics in the Kansas City area. You will educate patients, safely administer albuterol when needed, and upload results for pulmonologist review.

The role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule in a 1099 contractor arrangement with competitive daily pay and independence within a collaborative team.

Formación

• Current CRT, RRT, CPFT, or RPFT credential.
• Experience performing bedside spirometry or pulmonary function testing.
• Knowledge of respiratory therapy practices and safe albuterol administration.
• Comfortable commuting to clinics throughout a region.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Visit local primary care clinics to perform pre- and post-bronchodilator spirometry testing.
• Educate and coach patients to ensure accurate, high-quality results.
• Safely administer albuterol when indicated and monitor patients throughout testing.
• Grade and upload completed testing for pulmonologist review.
• Maintain testing equipment and follow quality and safety standards.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and clinic teams while representing Crosswalk Health with professionalism and compassion.
