Job summary

MIDWEST FINISHING SYSTEMS is seeking a dependable, hands-on individual for part-time support in our manufacturing operation in Mishawaka, IN. The role averages about 15 hours per week with daytime hours and flexible scheduling between 6:00 AM and 2:30 PM.

Responsibilities include moving parts and materials, operating a forklift and floor scrubber, and assisting with general shop floor duties to keep operations running smoothly. Prior forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Chase and deliver parts, materials, and supplies throughout the facility.
• Operate a forklift to move materials as needed.
• Operate a floor scrubber and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist production and maintenance personnel with miscellaneous manufacturing errands.
• Perform other general shop floor and facility support duties as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines.
