Job summary

Midwest Finishing Systems, Inc. in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a dependable, hands-on individual to provide part-time support in our manufacturing operation.

This role offers approximately 15 hours per week with flexible daytime hours and a schedule between 6:00 AM and 2:30 PM. You will chase and deliver parts, operate a forklift, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment while assisting production and maintenance staff with errands.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Strong safety awareness and procedure adherence.
• Willingness to stay active throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Chase and deliver parts, materials, and supplies throughout the facility.
• Operate a forklift to move materials as needed.
• Operate a floor scrubber and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist production and maintenance personnel with miscellaneous manufacturing errands.
• Perform other general shop floor and facility support duties as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines.
