Position Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Team Associate to support production across multiple areas of the shop. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to learn and contribute in different parts of the operation based on production needs.This position is a good fit for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to contribute, and wants to build skills across fabrication, assembly, and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions, prints, and supervisor direction
• Perform work in areas such as fabrication, welding, assembly, finishing, shipping, and paint support
• Maintain quality standards and attention to detail
• Support production needs across departments as required
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules
