Job summary

Rehab Advisors is hiring a NBCOT-certified COTA for an in-house therapy program in Orange, NJ. This part-time role provides occupational therapy treatments under OT supervision and contributes to personalized care plans focused on daily functional goals.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain documentation meeting regulatory requirements, obtain and update physician orders, and support quality outcomes. New grads welcome; state licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Associate's degree from an AOTA-accredited OTA program
• NBCOT certification and current state licensure as COTA

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements
