Job summary

Rehab Advisors by Enhance Therapies in Cranford, NJ seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house management client in a skilled nursing facility and long-term care setting. This full-time role requires current licensure as a COTA and NBCOT certification where required.

You will deliver OT treatments under supervision, help implement personalized care plans, document to regulatory standards, and collaborate with a caring team to achieve functional outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA (state-dependent).
• Current state license as a COTA is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• New grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
