Job summary

Post Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our rehabilitation team at Sheriden Woods Civita Care Center in Bristol, CT. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $30-$33 and the opportunity to build meaningful connections with residents while supporting treatment plans designed by the OT.

You will carry out treatment plans, lead individual and small group sessions, assist with mobility and task-specific training, and maintain clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Current COTA license is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to quality care and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual and small group therapy sessions
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and task-specific training
• Encourage participation and motivate residents throughout treatment
• Observe changes in condition and report to the OT
