Job summary

A leading home healthcare provider is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver therapy services under the supervision of licensed therapists in Colorado Springs. The role includes implementing therapy interventions, monitoring patient responses, and ensuring compliance with highest standards of care. Ideal candidates will have an Associate Degree from an accredited OTA program and relevant licensure. Qualifications

• Current state COTA license required.
• Minimum of one year of experience preferred.
• Communication in additional languages is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy interventions as delegated by the supervising OT.
• Provide care in accordance with a physician-ordered plan.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and report to the OT.

Skills

Knowledge of COTA scope of practice and supervision requirements

Ability to follow delegated treatment plans

Basic computer and EMR documentation skills

Ability to utilize adaptive and durable medical equipment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Education

Graduate of an accredited OTA program with an Associate Degree

Current COTA license
