Job summary

Pediatric Home Service, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and experienced Contract Physical Therapist to join our team at Pediatric Health Choice in Ocala, FL. This role offers a flexible schedule and requires collaboration with nurses and therapists to implement individualized physical therapy services for children.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Prefer 1 year of pediatric experience (PPEC, early intervention, or medically fragile population experience preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Current CPR certification and ability to pass a Level II background screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations for pediatric patients with complex needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Educate families on therapeutic goals and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team during care planning.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and ethical practices.
