Job summary

Dane Street is expanding our physician panel to include Washington-licensed Otolaryngologists for Independent Medical Exams. This opportunity involves in-person IMEs across Bellevue, Seattle, Everett, Spokane, and Vancouver locations, with flexible scheduling as independent contractor opportunities.

You will review medical records, perform patient exams, and prepare reports addressing clinical questions using AMA Guides, with no-show and late-cancellation fees protecting your time.

Qualifications

• Active practice in the field of Otolaryngology.
• Must hold a Washington medical license.
• Board certification in Otolaryngology is required.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and perform examinations.
• Complete reports addressing clinical questions using AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, Sixth Edition.
• Provide timely reports and conduct necessary follow-up as required.
• Adhere to client-specific protocols and address data gaps or clarifications.
