Job summary

ISHE seeks licensed massage therapists for in-home services in Dallas and surrounding areas, including Little Elm and Southlake. Sessions are typically 1 hour, 2 times per week, under Medicaid Waiver with required quarterly paperwork.

This is a 1099 contract offering flexible scheduling and a long-term commitment. Therapists must hold a current state license, liability insurance, CPR/AED certification, and have reliable transportation with excellent communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home massage services to clients in Dallas, Little Elm, and Southlake areas.
• Set your own schedule with clients/caregivers and keep appointments.
• Complete quarterly paperwork for Medicaid Waiver program.
• Contract work with 1099 arrangement; long-term commitment.
