Job summary

Community Health and Wellness, LLC is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to provide in-home services across Texas, including Damon. The role involves creating personalized goals and treatment plans, documenting progress weekly, and coordinating with healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will travel to clients, maintain HIPAA-compliant records on a private device, and deliver care that aligns with client needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with disabilities and/or dual diagnosis.
• Vast knowledge of Massage Therapy techniques for varying impairments and/or disabilities.
• Ability to create goals/ongoing treatment plans for clients.
• Ability to travel to clients and provide in-home Massage Therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to travel to current or prospective clients’ homes.
• Must be able to communicate with health care professionals, clients, families, and the general public through verbal and written communication.
• Must have access to a private personal laptop or desktop computer for HIPAA compliance.
• Track SMART goals and progress through weekly documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Reader.
• Implement patient care plans through goal-related activities.
