PalmLeaf Massage and Wellness in Dallas is seeking licensed massage therapists for in-home services (1099). You will work with special needs clients in Dallas, near SMU, Little Elm and Southlake, delivering massages typically 1 hour per session, twice weekly, on a subcontract basis.
You set your own schedule, maintain appointments, and handle quarterly Medicaid Waiver paperwork. Required: valid state license, liability insurance, CPR/AED, reliable transportation, good communication, and computer
This is a full or part subcontract position(1099) for in-home massages for special needs client's in Dallas(near SMU), Little Elm and Southlake areas. Generally, clients receive massage for 1 hour ,2 times per week.
Clients are prescribed massage and therefore it is a regular, recurring work-load paid for through the Medicaid Waiver program. State prerequisites require quarterly paperwork for clients to continue receiving services and therefore computer access and usage is a must. Since this is contract work, you will be assisted with anything that must be completed but you must do the work necessary. You will set your own schedule with clients/caregivers and keep appointments. This is a very real opportunity and the commitment is long-term.
