Job summary

Blue Kangaroo PACKOUTZ is seeking a part-time mover to support contents packouts, transport, and on-site handling. The role involves loading/unloading, wrapping items for transport, and assisting the remediation crew at client sites.

Flexible, non-guaranteed hours with a focus on reliable, safe delivery of services. The position requires physical ability to lift, move, and maneuver items, with prior mover experience preferred and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience as a mover preferred.
• Identify products (consumables), usage, and disposal requirements with training.
• Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per Blue Kangaroo Packoutz’s vehicle policy.
• Possess a sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Moving and loading boxes and large items from customer locations and our warehouse
• Maintaining equipment used in daily tasks
• Manipulate contents at the client site to allow for the remediation crew to perform required tasks
• Correctly wrap and package contents to prevent damage during transport
• Transport contents to cleaning facility for cleaning and storage
• Perform daily vehicle safety and maintenance inspections and maintain in clean serviceable condition
• Must have a comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles, and practices
