Blue Kangaroo PACKOUTZ is seeking a reliable mover/delivery associate to assess, protect, and move customers' furnishings and boxes. You will load, transport, and unload items, ensuring safety and careful handling.

This role requires problem-solving, heavy lifting, and excellent customer service to support clients facing trauma from events like fire, smoke, or water damage. Applicants should have experience in moving, driving, and customer service, with a valid unrestricted driver’s license and

Qualifications

• Experience in furniture moving, delivery driving, customer service or related fields.
• Hold an unrestricted driving license in the state where you will be driving.
• Ability to handle a physical workload.

Responsibilities

• Ensure boxes and furniture are secure, safe, and free from damage.
• Maintain inventory by scanning boxes and furniture between locations.
• Assist in keeping vehicles and facilities clean and organized.
• Maintain 5S in dock areas: Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain.
• Notify warehouse manager of issues and offer repair options to customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensures boxes and furniture are secure, safe, and free from additional damage. Notifies customer of expected arrival time before arrival and delivers and picks up contents at customer locations promptly.
• Maintain inventory integrity by properly scanning boxes and furniture from job site to truck, truck to vault, vault to truck, and truck to the job site.
• Assist in maintaining and cleaning vehicles and our facility
• Maintain 5 S’s; Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain in dock areas including exterior truck wells
• Notifies warehouse manager of any issue with delivered product Informs customer of repair options for damaged merchandise
• Completes paperwork and forwards through appropriate channels including daily log sheets (DVIRs)
• Adheres to company policies and procedures
  

Qualifications

• Experience in furniture moving, delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields
• Hold an unrestricted driving license in the state in which you will be driving Hold a Class C (chauffeur) license
• Ability to handle a physical workload
• Deadline-oriented
