Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to support the long-term care community in Big Spring, Texas, 28-32 hours per month. The role offers a flexible schedule and meaningful, hands-on nutrition care.

Responsibilities include completing clinical nutrition assessments, documenting via the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team. RD credentials and licensure are required.

Qualifications

• CDR credentialed dietitian required.
• Current dietetic licensure required.
• Candidates must be client-centered and empathetic.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Positive attitude and collaborative mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF and monitor wounds/weight changes.
