Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for the long-term care community in Beverly, MA, offering 16–32 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

As part of the care team you will perform clinical nutrition assessments, document via the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and contribute to care planning with the interdisciplinary team, including MDS - Section K and wound/nutrition weight change recommendations.

Qualifications

• CDR credentialed RD required.
• Current dietetic licensure in good standing.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF.
• Make recommendations for wounds and significant wt changes.
