Dietary Solutions, serving Skilled Nursing Facilities and group homes in the Scranton area, seeks a Consultant Dietitian or Dietetic Technician to join our flexible team in Scranton, PA. Ideal candidates are licensed or eligible Registered Dietitians or ACEND-accredited tech program graduates, with strong communication, time management, and EMR
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Dietitian or eligible and licensed/certified per state requirements or completed an ACEND dietetic technician program with an associate's degree.
- ACEND-accredited didactic program or coordinated program in dietetics with a bachelor’s degree is acceptable; registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with facility care teams to promote nutritional well-being while upholding regulatory standards and clinical best practices.
- Assist with care planning, MDS considerations, and PDPM as part of nutrition support.
- Maintain accurate documentation and use EMR systems proficiently.
