Job summary

Dietary Solutions seeks a Consultant Dietitian/ Dietetic Technician in the Cleveland area to support nutrition care in skilled facilities. You will collaborate with care teams to promote resident nutrition, ensure regulatory compliance, and apply clinical best practices across diverse settings.

The role adapts to a flexible schedule and emphasizes autonomy within a supportive team. Ideal candidates are RDs or Dietetic Technicians with appropriate state licensure or eligibility, and ACEND

Qualifications

• Be a Registered Dietitian (or eligible) and licensed/certified per state requirements.
• ACEND dietetic technician program completed or ACEND-accredited program with degree.
• Registration with Commission on Dietetic Registration preferred.
• Strong time management, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with clinical nutrition, care planning, MDS Section K, and PDPM is a plus.

Who You Are

You're the right fit for our team if you:

• Are a Registered Dietitian (or eligible) and licensed/certified per state requirements OR completed an ACEND dietetic technician program and earned an associate's degree at a U.S. regionally accredited college or university OR completed an ACEND-accredited didactic program or coordinated program in dietetics and earned a bachelor's degree at a U.S. regionally accredited college or university; registration with Commission on Dietetic Registration preferred

• Communicate effectively and solve problems with confidence
• Have strong time management, documentation, and organizational skills
• Understand clinical nutrition, care planning, MDS Section K, and PDPM
