Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking a Princeton, NJ-based Construction Inspector (1099 Contractor) to photograph residential projects using the Pruvan app. You will work on-site, travel to locations, and submit photos for reporting within tight timelines.

Ideal for those who want flexible, independent work with quick turnaround and no formal experience required. Training and equipment support provided; must own transport and a mobile device.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Flexible schedule with 24–48 hours notice.
• Reliable transportation to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app.
• PPE: closed-toe shoes, long pants, safety vest.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties via the app to document progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
