Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide home-based care in Veneta, OR and surrounding areas. This role emphasizes work-life balance with flexible scheduling and direct patient support in clients' homes.

CNAs will perform daily living assistance, monitor health indicators, and report changes to the supervisor. A valid Oregon CNA certification, CPR, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Oregon.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease in their homes.
• Help with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document any changes.
• Observe patient and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment.
